WANTED
An ultra-organized whiz to serve as the executive function of an established podcast and media organization.

This is a ½ time position with the possibility of expansion to full time upon success.
WE ARE
A decade-old podcast and media company that needs someone to handle guest booking, host and promo scheduling, internal organization, and personal tasks for the organization’s podcast host.
YOU ARE
A leader by nature. An experienced, detail-oriented, rigorous master or mistress of organization. You anticipate needs, track commitments, take initiative and prompt follow-ups. The kind of person for whom if someone says ‘remind me,’ your reminder already exists. You love Google Sheets and file organization. You are not afraid to push without being pushy, knowing that ultimately your job is to get results.

JOB SPECIFICS

Participate daily in morning meeting (can join remotely)

Manage the office calendar, which includes interview schedules, meetings, travel, and events

Manage the host’s personal calendar and appointments
-
Be aware of daily deliverables and assist the host in completing necessary tasks, by providing reminders and follow up as required.

Outreach, book, and schedule daily interviews for the podcast, and track status in master Google Sheet

Follow up with guests / publicists to notify that interview has aired

Outreach, book, and schedule promo swaps with other podcasts, and coordinate airing with advertising partner
-
Available periodically in the studio for assistance to the host in setting up in-studio interviews, greeting and orienting guests.
